sept 2008 - Ginna received her CALLING from God.

oct 2008 i was my way back home late at night.. then before i step into my house.. i had a strong intensity to pray outside the corridor... i was looking across my neighbourhood(i stay on 15th floor) then i was looking at my neighbourhood looking across the horizon... God show me t...hat all these people are lost in the world...

then a revelation came to me.. i ask myself did JESUS had a choice to die for all of us.. then i was like ya.. he had a choice..but He chose to die, to suffer, to take the pain & was sorrowful~! then i wondered why did he choose to take the sufferings..

then holy spirit lift up my eyes on the world and told me that these people need me.. He ask me do i wanna take up the cross to help him carry this burden... then the LOVE of God came upon me.. i could feel like how JESUS felt then... that day God gave me a choice just like he gave JESUS a choice...

i chose to take up the call..

SINCE 2009(she went thru 2 wilderness & more trials & testing & more...she's walking a narrow way thru the way of the cross )

But the Word of God says that He knows our ways, and when He has tested us, we will emerge stronger and closer to Him (Job 23:10), and we can how we can emerge victorious is really to seek new revelations from Him ALL the time! (Job 23:12).

This is however not easy.. for we need to be patient and faithful (Ps 27:14) for our victory. My faith is small, and patience sometimes eludes me.. i'm the sort who wants patience, and i want it now! Haha..so it really is difficult, but God is good all the time to cover our shortcomings.

I want to share my meditation on Ps 19. Its so amazing, and God reminded me again of how glorious He is. Ps 19:1-2 shows how great God is. Though this is just 2 verses (there's an expanded version i think, but can't find it now ;p), it shows God's glory in nature, how the sky, the stars, and the seas know their places because God made it so. The book of Job has quite a detailed account in the last few chapters. I feel God is just reminding me again, how great He is, and comparatively, our problems are very minor and nothing as obstacles, if we would only seek God first and be quick to obey, and also learn to rely on His wisdom. Ps19:7-11 tells us about following the ways of God, and how it leads to great rewards, prospers our soul and endures forever. Indeed, much more better than the earthly treasures we seek. So as we seek to draw closer to God and His ways, our godly treasures will come. How much more so the earthly treasures. So let's be focused on the right things always, and God will also empower and equip us with earthly treasures, to use as tools for His purpose, to help others, and create heaven on earth.

Ps19:12 reminds me again, to always let God help me search my heart, and cleanse me, lest i have some secret faults i'm not aware of. Maybe i could be hung up on some incident, some past mistake, or whatever.. let God point out to me, that i may know and move on. We need wisdom to do so, and the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge => wisdom! Pro 1:7

[Ps 19:13] talks about presumptuous sins, which i think Pst Kong has shared about before. Ashamedly, i can't remember much about it, maybe someone can add more about this. But what i felt when i read this is that always be careful. If necessary, take a pause and think about our lives, decisions, actions, habits, responses to others. Are we commiting any sins unknowingly? something that we always do, but perhaps originate from a sinful intent or source? Like sometimes i used to be slow to obey.. because i thought i could always do it later, God is always there anyway. But actually, the source is that i took God's grace, mercy and love for granted, and so i procrastinated, allowing for even more temptations to come along the way.

Ps19:14 focuses us once again.. 'words of my mouth' talks about our speech, words of confession, or even msg we bring across to others, 'meditation of my heart' speaks of our belief, our faith, our intents in our hearts, our thought-life, and our mental focus. Let these both ALWAYS be God-centered, seeking to please Him and drawing closer to be like Jesus by following in His ways.

Ps 19 is a really wonderful Psalm. Do meditate on it.. i'm sure you'll have your own revelations which can be different from mine. =)

I strongly encourage to quickly fulfill your pledges if you haven't. Be faithful and trust God, and He will surely show you a path amazing beyond your imagination! Leaning out on faith, I'm trusting God again this month to help me through all the challenges i face, and empower me with His grace to shine for Him in the workplace and glorify Him. Amen! Foundation of faith examines the present position of Christian faith and attempts to clarify some of the basic beliefs which have been watered down during our time. It goes back to the basics and attempts to rebuild the foundations of which all Christians should possess.

Upon deeper inspection, I realize that without grasping the basics beliefs highlighted our faith cannot be deeply rooted, as we will question the beliefs. A good analogy of faith is liken to build a tall building without a deep solid foundation to hold the building upright.

By using our intellectual ability, we will never be able to comprehend these bare basics which our faith should be built upon. And only by faith, can we truly understand how powerful God really is.

Quote: “Some Christians despair of any growth and doubt they will ever improve. Others have thought they could be perfect here and now. The truth lies between the two opinions.”

When I read the first portion of the extract, I immediately thought that it perfectly describes my current situation. I have been a Christian some time, but yet, why am I not experiencing the gifts which has been promised to me. The harder I tried, the less promising it seemed. The testimonials which I was hearing in church were the only thing that was keeping me in church, as I truly wanted to experience God’s greatness.

To be sanctified is to know that we are separated from the world, this has helped to remind me that I am different and that god is has looked upon me differently. Thus as the book says, we grow increasingly dependent on Him. GOD is only perfect, and therefore when I depend on him, I know that he will not disappoint me, and that whatever challenges that I face in life, it is His will to make me the person he wants me to be.

In the secular world, I always had great interest in angels and demons, and have always jumped at every opportunity to play out the “eternal struggle” between good and evil. This caused me to develop an interest in them.

However, when I was reading Chapter 6, I realized that all this commercialism have belittled angels and in my opinion, caused them to exists only in myths and games. That God’s servants are no longer real. This has shown to me, how much we as men have fallen, and that Satan is having and increasingly strong hold on us due to our exposure to media.

In my revelation, if we fulfill every single desire of our flesh, the happiness we receive is only fleeting, and will be replaced by emptiness and sadness. Only when we have disciplined our basic instincts, will we begin to experience true satisfaction and contentment while in this temporary physical body of ours.

understand that we belong to Him. He is our Shepherd and we are His sheep.
1. Know whose you are.
Psalm 23:1 The LORD is my Shepherd.
Shepherding is one of the oldest callings in Israel. Sheep and their shepherds lived together every minute
of every day as they traveled from one pasture to another. In fact, they were so intimately bound together

To think that I can know God is an amazing thought, but to think that God knows me is a reality that rocks

I believe that much of our stress is the result of a constant and innate quest to love, to be loved and to be

love! We were created in love … for love. We were lovingly planned and created by God.
I could have avoided a lot of pain by remembering whose I am, a chosen child who is indispensable to no

Father. We belong to God and we were created by God for God.
Knowing whose we are is the frontline of the battle to manage the

Suddenly, my little trials and tribulations of the day seemed very small. So what if my flight was canceled. I could walk. I stopped whining and began thanking God -- for eyes that see, ears that hear, fingers that feel, hands that help, lips that speak. I realized that I needed to focus less on the air traffic controllers and more on the One who controls the air. A little fog never stopped Him from accomplishing all that He has purposed and if He wanted me to sit in that airport, I could trust that He had a great plan.

Even as a baby, our son, Jered, has always loved the outdoors. We lived in sunny South Florida for over twenty years and always enjoyed its climate, which allowed for year around outdoor activities. As a toddler, one of Jered's favorite places to go was the beautiful park across the street from our home. Squirrels scampered along walking trails and ducks dotted a small lake nestled under hundreds of tall oak trees. We had a routine.

Each morning after breakfast, while I cleaned up the kitchen, Jered would run to his room, grab his hat, his "cool" Disney sunglasses and push his stroller to the front door. If I was not quite ready to go he would then climb into the stroller and wait -- but just for a minute or two. Babies and toddlers are not known for their patience. At first, Jered would calmly announce his presence and his plan but if I did not respond, his voice would begin to rise in volume and his request would soon turn into a firm request, well on its way to a command. "Mom, let's go!" Guess what? We always went! Sound like your prayer life?

Many of you are great conversationalists. When you meet someone new, you find it easy to talk with them, establishing a relationship within minutes. Others are not so eloquent. You may be a little shy or withdrawn so that when you meet someone new, you touch on a new subject, like testing a hot iron, and you are out of there! Even those who are great at meeting people tend to keep things on a surface level, talking about the weather, kids, jobs, etc. We don't usually start a conversation with, "Hi! It is so good to meet you. Could you tell me how much you weigh?" Everyone knows that is breaking the rules and may result in a sharp, painful blow to the body. We keep the conversation on safe ground until the relationship can handle a deeper level of inquiry.

Sadly, some of us have never gotten past the "safe" level of conversation with God.

We thank Him for food, ask Him to heal those who are sick and then proceed to give Him our list of requests and demands. The Father wants so much more than that for us!
While it is a wonderful privilege to share our requests with God, what He really wants is our heart conversation. He wants to know what is going on in your soul -- not because He doesn't already know but because He wants to be with you and interact with you. Praying continually not only means to pray silently, but to pray out loud, talking with Him like you talk with a close friend. Praying out loud involves every sense and solidifies an awareness of His presence.

I pray out loud about everything from a parking space to the greatest crisis in my life. I have found that an ongoing conversation with God makes Him more real to me and deepens my relationship with Him. God never meant praying to be a burden but rather the most wonderful privilege of life.

Don't miss this precious gift to you from God.

He is waiting, listening for your voice!

They pray for my family, for each speaking engagement and every word of every book I write. There are days when I can hardly get out of bed to face the day and then I remember that they are praying!

Prayer really is a gift from God. Some of you may be thinking you don't have the time.

Grab a cup of coffee ... or Diet Coke in my case ... and let's get started! What materials do you need? A
Bible, pen or pencil, a journal (a spiral notebook is fine) and an open heart. You'll notice the study is divided
into five days along with the section "Power for the Journey." You can complete the study at your own pace
by doing it all in one day, over five days or you can take a week.

The important goal is to keep doing the
study! God will honor your commitment.
Here's the plan:
Mindset for the Journey: Pray, thanking God for His written Word. Ask Him to reveal the unique
Message He has for you in this study. Read the passage listed two or three times. Make a deliberate
choice to fix your thoughts on each word and each phrase as you read it. Don't let your mind wander to
the pile of dirty laundry or the mystery of tonight's dinner menu. Focus only on God's truth and let
everything else fall away. Your mind is set and you ready to begin Day 1.

Day 1. Facts for the Journey: the framework and heart of each week's study
Day 2. Prayer for the Journey: a week-by-week plan for learning to pray simply, effectively,
powerfully.
Day 3. Truth for the Journey: pinpoint the one truth that stood out and impacted you most this
week.
Day 4. Steps for the Journey: make a specific plan to put feet to or apply the truths you have
learned.
Day 5. Reflections on the Journey: examine, evaluate and record thoughts, truths, and life
changes.
Power for the Journey: Our greatest source of power is God's Word - but only if we saturate our lives
with it. Make a plan to memorize Scripture. You may need to start by memorizing one verse per week.

1.Wait for God.

In Psalm 40:1"I waited patiently for the LORD."

* I had always thought of waiting as passive and even wasteful. *

waiting is active and can be a powerful spiritual experience.

When hard times come, we immediately begin to beg and bargain for rescue - for a way of escape. God loves us too much to waste our pain. It is a shallow love that always rescues easily. It is a depthless love that always rescues quickly.

The darkness called forth the most childlike prayer of my life. Day after day, night after night, I poured out the questions I had always been afraid to ask, my deepest fears and greatest pain.

Beginnings are very important!

My journey - like yours - began in the heart and mind of God. Before I took even one breath, God wanted, loved and planned me.

You are NO accident!

There have been many times in my life when I doubted my worth and value.

I filled every waking moment with activity -- good things -- thinking that if I did enough good things, I would be good enough. It didn't work.

I can never be good enough to earn the love and favor of God.

The good news is that I don't have to be!

My worth and value rest in the fact that I am chosen by God to be His very own child.

I am loved, wanted and planned by God Himself.

Wow!

God Himself supervised our formation. We were created -- not to be a puppet -- but for an intimate relationship with God.

~Psalm 139:14-16 ~
"I praise you because you MADE me in an amazing and wonderful way. What you have DONE is wonderful. I KNOW this very well. You SAW my bones being formed as I took shape in my mother's body. When I was put together there, you SAW my body as it was formed. All the days planned for me were WRITTEN in your book before I was one day old." (NCV)

Probably there were somw moments in time, i was trying hard to earn the favor and love of God. I worked very hard at being the person I thought God wanted me to be instead of seeking Him to discover who He created me to be.

I had to stop and think about that statement for a minute, but slowly began to realize wat that means..

DO u think that sometimes we just try so hard to potray the kind of person that the *hard to pls*world(family/bosses/friends) is wanting us to be?

feel beautiful to be the kind of person that you truly are..

"But when I am afraid, I put my trust in you." Psalm 56:3

God really does have a special plan just for me-

my highest act of obedience is to

seek that plan each and every day ...

we are so busy that we have no time to pray to the lord, We just say, "Father, I am so busy because of Your work that I have no time to talk with you." God is grieved at these kinds of situations. (You must take the time to pray to the Lord, even though you neglect the work of God. It is essential that you first serve God in prayer.)

Love has a desire to have fellowship.

He only created you and me so that we could have fellowship with Him.
God Himself does not need anything except fellowship.
He has a great need to have fellowship with us.
Jacob's dream -- in which he sees the angels ascending and descending the ladder to heaven -- seems to be a turning point in his life. It appears to be the point at which he receives a personal relationship with the Lord.

So, too, we must have a personal relationship with God through Jesus, His Son, and our Savior, before we can experience the work of God in us and through us.

Joseph was faithful over small things, so God was able to set him over large things.
Most of our failures come with the small things. It rarely occurs to us that the challenge of the moment is to demonstrate ourselves faithful at that point.
Then -- and only then -- will we be trusted in the greater things.

First of all.. i reali Thank God that i got to know you. you have been so sweet to me.. i can't find any others who is as devoted to me as what your actions has displayed. Trust me, i reali appreaciate you for all that you have done.. showing me the love and concern and every other matters..

truly I do not doubt that feelings that you have for me. You are a very nice guy that i thought every gal would wanna be with you... so fun so crappy.. and childish(ooops ")the way you do things.. you have a mind of your own. reali enjoyed the times that we spent with the rest of the guys around our neighbourhood.

By now u should know that I'm a gal who is straightford, i speaks my mind about anything that i feel,

though i know that you are a believer and no doubt you reali love God.. God had also gave you a desire to come City harvest Church.
( However due to your work commitment you are unable to commit to church)also we did a great job to influence the rest of your other friends. Its also your desire to see them getting save. Which is awesome..
( that's the primary reason why we got to know each other.. amen?)

What i wanna tell you is that i'm can be very D(insistent) of the things that i want. therefore many a times i did tell you that the kind of guy i'm looking for must flow along with visions and dreams and also embrace the same teachings that i've have been taught. knowing that you still love God despite not being able to church for two years. i'm glad tat you also fell in love with my church ya.. but like i told you.. putting God aside.. job aside..

what my heart wants is a guy whom can be more spiritual than me.. *rooted in the church*
so tat i can move up the spiritual ladder.. *keep my relationship strong!*

A healthy relationship=GOD must be RIGHT in the CENTER!

i'm so sorry that i can't allow this relationship to go further then this.. cos my cell leader also hope that its important that i should get a guy that could be rooted in church.. otherwise it would be unequally yoke. (you are who you mix around ya thru fellowship) that wat God says.. and there's only one kind of teaching.. we practice accountability.. tithing and offering.. quality quiet time with God. all these are essential to follow for ALL believers to grow spiritually.

since we can't eye to eye in this aspect.. i thought that its also meaniless to discusse further.. or even talk about everlasting love.however and if we dun click then things might get very hard.. if this relationship is reali GOD given then what will happen WILL eventually HAPPEN!!

i think you reali need to TRUST GOD= having FAITH on that.. no doubt that i was reali touched by all your deeds but after pondering about it.. i thought its not reali true love. i was merely touched.. i understand that i have alot of male friends i get in touch with perharps that made you reali insecure... i like to be who i am that God has created me to be.. bubbly funloving.. outgoing.. the list goes on and on..

i onli thing that i reali thought we are incompatiable is that we are both pursuing differnt things.. you are career orientated. and i'm just God oreintated.

so that's why i need a guy who is Godly enough to lead me and guide me along.

FEAR is the opposite of LOVE!

love and fear both operatefrom BELIEF in the unseen.

love challenges us to doubt what we see and believe what we cannot!

FEAR urges us to believe wat is seen while doubting the unseen.

FEAR DISPLACES LOVE AND LOVE CAST OUT FEAR!

Today's Truth

"Don't be deceived, my dear brothers (and sisters). Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows"

James 1:16, 17 (NIV).

Adam and Eve lived in a perfect world. All their needs were cared for. They had perfect communion with God and each other. They were "naked and unashamed."

The only restriction placed on them was that they were not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil located in the middle of the Garden.

God warned them, "If you eat of it, you will surely die."

As they basked in the light of God's love, darkness slithered into the Garden with his plan to kill, steal and destroy the image bearers. And how did he do it?

He did it with the most powerful weapon of all...

"Now the serpent..." The great deceiver clothed himself as a serpent and slithered up to Eve with a game plan to destroy God's prized possession. He didn't come with a sword, or gun, or even a knife for his attack. He simply wielded lies.
The serpent knew Adam and Eve would not buy into a radical flamboyant denial of God, so he slithered into the garden with a twist and a turn of the truth. He began by causing Eve to doubt... "Did God really say you must not eat from any tree in the garden?" (Genesis 3:1).

Satan knew exactly what God had said. He was simply trying to confuse Eve. Perhaps he was evaluating just how well she knew the truth. He found out.
"We may eat fruit from the tress in the garden," Eve replied, "but God did say, 'You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die'" (Genesis 3:3).

Bingo. She didn't know the truth that well after all. God never mentioned not touching the fruit. That seems like a pretty good idea, but it was not what God said.
Second he denied God and lied about the consequences of disobedience. Satan said, "You will not surely die" (3:4). He didn't even try to disguise the deception. He told a flat-out lie.
Finally, he told her she could be like God:

"For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil" (Genesis 3:5).

In other words, "God doesn't know what He's talking about.

He's holding out on you.

You don't need Him.

You can be your own god."

Eve rejected the truth and believed the lie. She believed that she could be like God ... in control of her own life. "When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her" (Genesis 3:6).

the temptation settled in her soul and fermented into shame and condemnation. Her husband, who chose the woman over God, also felt the sickening rot of sin settle in his very soul. Suddenly shame and fear entered the world,

and Adam and Eve hid from God like wayward children.

All temptation is an attempt to get us to live our lives independent of God.

Satan is not very creative, but he is very effective.

And he has been lying to us ever since.

Why?

Because it works.
Every one of his lies springs from the idea that happiness is just a decision away. Satan wants you to believe God is holding out on you

Think about it.

Eve had at her disposal every tree in the garden except one.

Every one!

she bought the lie that the one thing she couldn't have was the one thing that would make her happy. I would be happy if... Is any of this sounding familiar to you? It should. Satan uses the same tactics with us that he used with Eve.

Eve believed the enemy's lie over God's truth. His plan worked. But what the serpent did not know was that God's amazing plan of forgiveness and grace was about to unfold. Satan did not win the battle for man's soul in the garden.

Jesus Christ won the war on Calvary's Cross.

He made a way for all mankind to regain all that Adam and Eve had lost.

Broken Mirrors

How did this happen?
Where do the lies come from?
Why is it so easy to believe the lies about who we are rather than the truth?
What is the truth?
We will look at all these questions and many more
throughout our time together. But I will tell you this—it all began
in the Garden.

After the sixth day of creation, when God looked at all He made,
He said, “It is good.” But something went terribly wrong. The enemy
crept into God’s perfect world and deceived His image bearers with
lies.

And while God’s redemptive plan has restored what the serpent
destroyed, the enemy continues to tell us lies even today.

He(devil) tells us
that we are worthless, powerless failures who are not good enough,
smart enough, or competent enough to succeed.
And it is NOT the truth!

We can speak life to ourselves and we can speak death to ourselves.

Our minds think about 130 words per minute and our mouths

(women) speak about 25,000 words in a day.

Saying, I’m so stupid, I’m such an idiot, or

I’m never going to be good
enough, can create habitual destructive thought patterns that can paralyze
a person into inactivity.

"Negative self-perceptions repeated over
time will brand themselves into our minds and eventually become
our reality. "

>>If you repeat a misbelief or lie enough times, you begin
to believe it. Nobody loves me, I don’t have any friends, or I’m so ugly
becomes your reality…even though it’s a false reality!!!

Each time we speak a lie about ourselves, the more we become bound
to it.

“For as he thinks within himself, so he is”
(Proverbs 23:7 nasb).

God’s Mirror

When we look into God’s mirror, His incredible love letter to us we
call the Bible, we discover the truth. God does love you
(Colossians3:12).

You have an entire cloud of witnesses cheering for you (Hebrews12:1).

You are God’s masterpiece…a work of beautiful art (Ephesians2:10).
You are good enough because Christ lives in you (John 14:20).
You are a chosen, holy, dearly loved child of God.

That’s the truth.

Let’s get out of the house of mirrors and start seeing ourselves as God sees us.
In one of John’s letters, he wrote,

“I have no greater joy than to hear
that my children are walking in the truth”
(3 John 4).

God has no greater joy
When we are walking in the truth, the lies are exposed.
We can recognize the lie, reject the lie, and replace the lie with truth.

Then, and only then, can we be all that God has created us to be and
do all that God has created us to do.
We can experience the abundant
life He planned all along.

I believe that God has great plans for all of us—
His Word promises
that He does.

“No eye has seen,
no ear has heard,
no mind has conceived
what God has prepared for those who love him”
(1 Corinthians 2:9).

But many of us are

not experiencing the abundant life >>

because we don’t know who we are!!

We have believed the lies that we are unloved,
unworthy, and unforgivable.

We have been looking in distorted mirrors
far too long.

God wants us to look into the only true mirror that
will tell us exactly who we are, what we have, and where we are as a
child of God—His Word.

It is time to start believing the truth.
It is time to hear God say,

“You are My child, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.”

Are you ready to walk out of the house of mirrors once and for all?
Are you ready to begin seeing yourself as God sees you? Are you ready
to begin living the abundant life that God planned all along?

The(one and only) most memorable year .. where i took a leap of faith and went into SOT 2008 and get to know a bunch of funky people.. I love you guys lots and i know that God did not send u in vain cos u have been showering me with immense love joy and brought my spiritual understanging to another level.. miss the fellowship..

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28 (NIV)

Set aside a few hours this week to review 2008.

Why is faith so important?

Because we cannot make ourselves righteous --

Faith(believe) then is the only thing we can do -- and even our

FAITH is a gracious gift of God!

God tests our faith

to strengthen and increase our faith for the future.

The concept of testing includes 1.refining or purifying.

It is the process of refining gold to purify it and to increase its value.

The purpose of testing is to 2.yield spiritual maturity.
We see from Abraham's life

that *God tests us for our good.* We, then, can trust Him, even during times of testing.

Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch out Your handAgainst the wrath of my enemies, And Your right hand will save me(Psalm 138:7).

Let's start at the very beginning.

Meticulously and deliberately, the Artist created a masterpiece of divine design.
And as the lifeless form lay before the celestial audience,

God placed His mouth upon the nostrils of man and breathed life into his waiting lungs.

A collective gasp ran through the crowd as man's lungs

filled with holy oxygen and he took his first breath.

As if God flipped the breaker switch of life,

man's heart began beating,

the lungs began expanding,

and the eyes began fluttering open to see.

And the curtain began to fall on this,

the sixth day of creation.

Can't you just see it now?

man was set apart.

He was uniquely designed for a specific purpose

as God's image bearer

In the beginning, God!

That is the way it is throughout the Bible.

God wants to be first and foremost in your life.

He is the Author of the first creation,

and He is the Author of the new creation in your heart.

In the first creation, the wind and the waves obey the Lord --

they have no choice.

In the new creation,

there is a choice:

to obey or not to obey --

1. the pleasures of sin for a moment

or 2. the favor of fellowship for a lifetime.

So when you tell her to relax,

In real life, a woman hears "I love you" most often at that point in a fight when she desperately wants to get to the heart of the issue, and when you desperately want to stop this nonsense and watch Alias--which you don't normally even watch.

today.. went to expo svc with amil,from iran..
then i came late therefoere didn't get to seat with him..

however on the train i saw my long lost SOT mates-Elim(ck zone) glad that we had each other 4 companion in hall 8.. great service ya..
after met up with amil went to the bookshop 4 a while and there was this dark coloured crystal cross design necklace that caught my eye*very pretty and was trying it on*..
so in love with it. cos it look great on me
(well a sweet person would look great on anything loh.. haha) Amil also agreed..
however when he saw that i didn't buy..

he secretly went to get it and wished me merry christmas and intend it as a christmas present..
while i was away browsing @ the books section..

well.. there's this guy whom i got to know recently .. *during asia conference 19/12/08*

justin 22 year old

malaysian, tall build 188cm

90kg.. cute looking

i got to know him thru one of my friend in our neighbourhood...there's this S11 coffee shop near the mrt station ...

usually i would hang around there to chat with all the people at the coffee shop.. i'm pretty well known there loh. cos whenever i'm there the atmosphere gets lifted up.. well..
(that's wat they commented ^_^ *giggle*)

he would offer to send me back*cos it would be like 12++am*..
and we would have
long conversation for couple of hours.. (i'm a chatterbox*heh*)
we chat about my church- city harvest church!
cos he's a malaysian and came to s'pore to work..
can't stop promoting wat a great church i belonged to..
and also the vision and dreams i have from God!

[before asia conference God has already spoken to me that he would use me to bring the Gospel to my neighbourhood. now i'm walking in this pathway.. and justin is lending me his hand.. encouraging me and movitating me all the way..]

i thank GOD that i can have the chance to do his work cos i noe that it's not becos im wise or come from a good background.. have good education.. or come from well-to-do family.

but the word says that :

though he's a believer but have not been to church 4 a long time
(due to work commitment) but i can see that he has never backslided from God
we have been doing a great job reaching out to others..
we sow words of encouragements into theit lives..
and very sweet towads me.. other than sending me back home.. he wakes me up every day and send me to work..

very caring guy also..when i was sick he came to my place and bought me food.. always checking on how am i..

very bubbly.. he could reali get along with my friends and family members..

i think that he has fallen in love with me.. *and i'm touched by all that he's done within this short period of time*

when i get to know justin we spoke our hearts out and he got the chance to get know my past.. yet he is very accepting.. but wat's holding me back is that he's younger than me and that he's not yet rooted in church and that being with him means that i would have to embrace another culture~ cos he come from another background!

i'm amazed that all these are happening so fast that i can't catch up with the pace..
it's always great to fall in love but i dun wanna get attached becos i'm touched..
i believe if there's opputunity guys can always touch your heart..
i wanna fallin love cos i reali love the person for who he is!
i believe no matter how strong a relationship could be, it must be able to go through trials..

After beening sick for a whole week then came back to office feeling so defeated. (which was all so totally so different before Asia Conference where everything is so perfect!)already defeated for last for being so sick. only to discover that i have been throughly hit by my sickness.. my job.. the peoplemy boss was qning me wat happen??

I was so sick for the past few days then on friday i woke up still in much pain then i went to pray to God! then miraculouly all the vomitting and pain in tummy were all gone..

Thank God thru the make up cell group thru ricando i came to know Raymond's and some of his members= alvin, alex,, daphanie, masaki and my **lovely jovia Joan!! Actually i reali enjoyed hanging aroung with them and

just ended the asia conference yesterday on 24nov and then i was down with fever, sore throat, eye swollen, cough, blocked nose. etc

i've been sick for the past two days lo. i think my joanna tan(boss) been chasing me to work.
cos now end of the end and everyone is fighting for production. i thought that i really behave like "boss" come and work as and when i like.(nevertheless i have decided to change- for the better.)

but the wise lights a candle.” Christians often have the
tendency to “curse” the world without offering to shine
a light. As such, the darkness deepens.
If we are going to become a vital part of
our world, we must begin to demonstrate
that there is something powerful and life changing
about our faith. Christianity is
not just a nice, cautious, naive, gullible
religion, or an archaic belief system that is
out of touch with contemporary society.

Unfortunately, the way we do
church often puts people to sleep. What
is tragic is that when we are dull and
irrelevant, people won’t think that the
Church is boring … they think that God is
boring! And one thing about Jesus Christ
is that He is never boring! They hanged
Him on the cross not because He was a
bore, but rather, He was too dynamic to
be safe for the public!

GINNA(JOLIN): there was a moment in my life when i felt so empty that i felt there was no purpose in whatever that i was doing. i felt that life just got too mundane and that every day was just a repeat cycle. i got sick from working/ going shopping/ going back home watching TV/ hanging with pals chilling out/ going to church. i felt there was no life at all. until God came to look for me and spoke to me about my purpose in living, i receive revelation in why i was living here on earth in my family/ in my job/ with my company of frenz.

i don't know about you but since young i asked myself why i had to be born into the world to face all that i had to face in life plus going thru the struggles and all the more i trust in myself and use my strength to go thru the daily routines. i felt even helpless in my life i felt that i was just "wasting " my youth doing MY things. NO one cares about ME. I became bitter about MY LIFE. i just hated it to be born here on earth i hated my family, going to school and my friends couldn't really get along with me makes me even despondent about life. i didn't have a good relationship with my mum cos i hated her from stopping my bro from abusing mi emotionally and physically. often i would turn up in school with all the bruises and scars on my hands. then many of my classmates would qns me- my self worth/ self- esteem were all deeply affected then. many times i would comfort myself by hours of sobbing.

since i couldn't get any love from my surroundings, soon i started to look for opposite sex companion, i had a few relationships, i even left church for a couple years because of BGR (deep within my heart i really missed church and had the desire to return)

Praise God, God heard my heart.Until last year 2007 Easter, my friend brought back to church
then i took quite a while to get settled down. this year April2008 i went to bible sch! and i really learnt about my identity in Christ and tat it was necessary to go thru all that i have been thru in order to share with you how JESUS saved my soul. and never leave me in despair, now that i have a sense of happiness of working/ i love every activity cos i know i'm sowing for eternity!
like what the bible says i need to LOVE and let go of all my past bitterness of life. therefore i longer resent my life and love my dad, mum, bro, job, church!

scenario 3: all of the above?*( very hard to find but I'm working here) praise God!

(i believe I'm in the Best work place at NGO- nice people nice boss & nice environment.. yes though the job might get a bit mundane but then i look forward to going office daily- cos I'm working 4 GOD & he pays my salary!!

TODAY .. i'm leaving all my troubles behind.. i'm letting go i'll follow the line.. eh forgot how to sing . lol yo yo Today is sunday..yeah! i went for my sunday service! The service was Great or should i say FANTASTIC!

TWO of my friend (iwan & Benjamin) came along and one of them accepted the salvation of Jesus!(both of them reali enjoyed it) PTL!
Anyway i was late therefore i took a cab fm hm and then cost mi about $18.70. from my house went to sembawang and then came to churh @ jurong west st 91!

My fren- benjamin. (the guy that came out with the kields family on terence b'dae) also last min agree to come along and since i woke up late.. both of us could make it in time to come- servive starts @ 12.30pm! i reached on the dot! phew!

i didn't mean to be late wan ok .. i was so engrossed reading some of u guys blogs.. interesting LO.. STAY UP TILLED 4PM?

Despite the fact i got one of my friend-Edwina to morning call mi @8am! but in vain lo.. i was suppose to be there early but woke up at 11am!

Anyway if not for being late then ben would not have contacted me and then would not have shared with my that he was bored /moody/xian therefore i ask him along and of cos he enjoyed himself! (he appreciated it- so happy that i brought joy to his gloomy Sunday)

after tat we had a wonderful time of fellowsip with all my pals at "the best coffee shop" (that's the name of it-featured in the newspaper)they have the on and onli Best Ban mian gan-dried(yummy)*drooling* "P

come to think of it the $18.70 to the cabbie was well spent cos the Praise and Worship was good and the Word was great and my pastor is AwesomeREV KONG HEE!

Afterwhich i went to shopping with Edwina (we shop tilled we drop @ bugis)

Thank God how He uses coindence/ people and things in life to make me the person He wants me to be.. and how he created "CHANCE" 4 me to enter into the lives of others!

I thank God for the present LIFE i'm living my LIFE is so full of ups and down but i loved every sec of my liFE!

Thank God 4 people that BLESSED me to see thru my bible sch at City Harvest bible school training centre-SOT (great pics yet to be uploaded)

Indeed life then and LIFE now is totally life changing!

My mind is totally Blown away by the Greatness of His grace in EVERY single creation that He took with detail efforts to create with ALL the potentials desposit within YOU!
to sumarize is convey :

"i m very BLESSED to see my LIFE in a different LIGHT ! (last time blinded and fooled by life) The LIGHT of my purpose in LIFE" not that all my LIFE has been a bed of roses but on the contrary.. (life was pretty tough 4 me since born into the world) nevertheless as i mentoned already it it is nessary to go thru watever that u had went thru in life so that YOU(not others) may be effective to help every single person whom u have contact with whom had the same kind of struggles that u been thru to pull them out from the turmoil of life. your experience is valuable!

"I Believe all events that could happen in anyone's life on earth are all 4 ~Beautiful purpose! ~ (a purpose as beautiful as u ) "

Step 1:Recongizing the gifts and talents and purpose in EVERYTHING for EVERYTHING In EVERY single thing is part of the Great plan That which LIFE has instore for YOU!
LIFE that He input not onli in me but also in everyone of us! when u are doing well in life i'm happy for u cos that's the LIFE that U are created to be!!

Can't appreaciate God enough for placing all the people in my LIFE! to be Planted on earth into My family/ jOb/ ministry/ church / friends ( who can be very irritating at times!) 'but i still luf ya..

just to let u guys see how i look before my present hair!
( this was the hair i had before i went for the cut at toni and guy!)
check out this guy I just got to know on that day thru my friend and i rested my arm on his shoulder trying to look cool huh! was i too friendly? sorri that's me if u dun noe me. ps:"dun get the wrong idea!" becos' I can click with anyone even on the street and start chattng like long lost friend! but it doesn't mean anything lo!its true, that day i wanted to board a cab and then i happen to chat with this guy who was in front of him.. in the end we exchanged contacts! By the wat this guy in the pic- Drew, i thought that he had the personality to be a modal.. and i commentted that to him..wat do u think? i feel that great picture is not due to great looks but the essence of the person oozing out from within and it is evident from the picture taken!.
